I am almost ready to start another biking adventure. My friend Keith Stewart and I are going to drive up to Alpena Mi which is on the shores of Lake Huron. We will ride up to see Mackinaw City, The Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinac Island. From there, we will head west and south along the shores of Lake Michigan visiting the towns of Petoskey, Charlevoix and Traverse City. We will explore all of area especially the wineries looking for adventure. We should ride between 550 and 600 miles during our 10 to 14 day trip. This time, I have a starting day but other than that, we do not have an itinerary other than a list of things and places that we want to include. It should be quite a journey. I look forward to updating this blog daily so that you folks can come along.
